In the vast majority of cases, breathwork practice and somatic movement are a safe, enjoyable, and enlightening experience, if you're unsure, consult your medical doctor but please don't be put off by the necessary, precautionary awareness of the risks.
In participating in a breathwork and somatic movement session you acknowledge that you feel ready for the experience and any emotional, physical, or otherwise expression, healing, release, sensation, and/or emotional/mental/spiritual growth and/or muscle soreness that may occur. You also acknowledge that it is not the responsibility of Rachel if such changes do or do not occur.
It is up to you to assess whether you are ready to partake in the session of somatic movement and conscious connected breathwork. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease or mental health issues it is best to consult with your GP first.
Certain practices of breathwork are not advised during pregnancy. Seek advice from your doctor before practicing breathwork while pregnant.
