1. Your anxiety makes sense
And when you're constantly trying to fix what you think is wrong with you and it, you miss out on the innate wisdom of anxiety and the potent energetic potential it holds.
2. You don’t need more tools
If trying to control your anxiety and compact it into something that feels 'better' was going to work, it would have done so by now. Tools are useful but they are still just managing symptoms. Instead, you need a new relationship with anxiety, and it requires meeting it, not managing it.
3. There is a reason past methods didn’t really change anything
Because they're designed to regulate you, help you to manage, and offer relief. All of which are helpful but aren't meant for long-term evolution. So you have to keep on doing them to feel better, and your world has gotten smaller and smaller as a result, and YOU have been reduced to feeling like nothing more than a bratty, fragile nervous system. And you are so much more than that.
4. Anxiety is energy you can work with
You keep saying you're tired, right? Yet you have a body FULL of alive, charged energy that you're labelling as 'anxiety'! If all you're doing is regulating then that energy just loops. You can learn to unlock that charge and channel it from what you don't want into what you do want.

If your panic is well-resourced, you feel able to self-regulate, and you already have tools (or professional support) to work with intense sensation, you may find the practices accessible with modifications and self-pacing.

Move slowly and stay within your window of tolerance
Stop or modify any practice at any time
Prioritise safety over “pushing through”

No. The Charge connects you with an unfolding process that takes as long as it takes. This isn't a 60-second hack or an overnight switch. You know those don't work because you've already tried them all. This can be deep and confronting work (AND it can be fun and liberating!). If you're not ready for that, The Charge might not be for you. Please also be aware that this is a self-paced mini course. Ie. It is introductory. The intention of The Charge is to open your awareness towards a different way of working with, feeling, and understanding your anxiety, not to cure it. The depth of what unfolds will depend on your capacity, timing, and how you engage with the practices.
Yes, you need basic ways to resource yourself. The Charge does not teach grounding, calming, or stabilisation. It assumes you already have some ability to:
pause when things feel too intense
orient to safety
bring yourself back to the present
